Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Elizaveta Ponomareva (Tax ID 772971394249, State Reg. No. 326774600244269), the Operator, collects, uses and protects personal data. It is issued under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", which governs the Operator's activity.

1. What we collect

Through the contact form on pdbureau.com, by email, phone, messaging apps and in person at trade fairs and business events, we collect: name, email address, phone number, job title and company name, and whatever you choose to write in your message.

Where we enter into a contract with you, we additionally collect the details required to draw it up and to make payment.

Our website collects anonymised analytics — pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate city-level location and IP address — after you consent via the banner shown on your first visit.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, ethnicity, political opinions, religious beliefs, criminal records) or biometric data, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. Why we use it

— to answer your enquiry and tell you about our services;

— to negotiate, sign and perform a design services contract, and to meet the accounting and tax obligations that follow from it;

— with your separate consent, to send you commercial proposals and occasional updates about our work;

— to understand how our website is used and improve it.

3. Legal basis

We rely on your consent, on the necessity of processing to conclude and perform a contract with you, and on our statutory record-keeping obligations under Russian law. Marketing communications are sent only with your prior, separately given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only as far as necessary: with banks to process payments, with our accountant, with the providers of hosting, communication and technical support acting on our instructions, and with tax or other state authorities where the law requires it. We require them to keep the data confidential.

We never disclose personal data to an indefinite range of persons, and we do not sell it.

Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation, as Russian law requires.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data until the purpose it was collected for has been achieved, and keep contractual and accounting records for as long as Russian tax, accounting and archival law requires.

If you withdraw consent, we stop processing and delete your data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

6. How we protect it

We apply organisational and technical safeguards: a named person responsible for data processing, a limited and recorded list of people with access, password protection and access control, anti-virus protection, TLS encryption in transit, backups, and periodic internal review.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you and how we process it; ask us to correct, block or delete it; withdraw your consent; ask us to stop sending you marketing; and complain to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us by email at ponomareva@pdbureau.com. We reply within 10 working days. Please write from the email address you previously gave us, or include enough detail for us to identify you.

8. Changes and governing version

We update this Policy when the law or our practice changes. The current version is always available at pdbureau.com/privacy.

This English text is provided for convenience. The Russian version of this Policy is the legally binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
